This has been a great purchase. My older horse can stay in it for several days at a time out in the pasture if needed and manages to sit and lay down in it without getting anything caught or shifted when rising. Have been very pleased with its weather proofing and durability.The horse I ride and lease, supposedly destroys all blankets- it was recommended to get him 1200 denier and up-I didn't receive this advice until I'd already bought the blanket (it's only 600 denier), but he's doing well with this one. There are some rips around the butt area as he gets bitten a lot, but all the horses he's out in the pasture with have the same fate befall their blankets. I use this year round as he doesn't like heavy blankets but when it gets very chilly I throw a fleece cooler on underneath and that works perfectly. It is interesting, so many websites say size up if they fall between sizes but I found a site that said size down and i did. he's 76 and I got him 75. It fits him great.I will never purchase anything but Weatherbeeta from here on. I have used their products for years but was lured to another light weight sheet and ended up with a WET horse on a COLD day. Never again—I will only buy Weatherbeeta!!!!Great product. Looks great on my horse!Purchased this in anticipation of some coming rain. Needed something in two days and it came in clutch. My horse lives in turnout 24/7 and after hours of rain he was completely dry underneath! Water beads and drips off the blanket. Seems durable, weight is good for a turnout sheet, neck opening is a little big but that’s to be expected because my pony has a narrow neck. Came with a three-year warranty on workmanship, buckles, and waterproofing through Weathabeeta. Great buy.Typical of Weatherbeeta, this is a high quality, durable lite sheet that runs true to size. I’ve bought them in the past and this one is just as nice as the previous ones I’ve bought. They hold up incredibly well to the punishment that horses throw at them. I have Weatherbeetas that have been in service for 4 years that still look great. The only thing I’ve had to fail is a front snap, and you can buy replacements right here on Amazon. The icing on the cake...two day Prime delivery that arrived the day before a cold snap. Can’t get much better than that.This sheet is perfect for the cooler days when it is still winter with a burst of warmth in the air. It has no filling and fits my horse perfectly. Its a 1200D so will stand up to wear in the paddock. It is waterproof so perfect to throw on your horse with a saddle on to walk down to an indoor riding arena. Cannot go wrong with weatherbeater, a great brand and company.Love this sheet. 72 fits my smaller quarter horse well. Well made.This is a fun turnout!
