ExcelenteI like the scent and texture of this soap, and I appreciate that EO is a certified B corp that makes cruelty free products. I also liked the giant size of this bottle.My biggest pain point was the texture and difficulty of refilling hand soap bottles. The soap got noticeably thicker over time. (I thought it was just me until I read other reviews mentioning the same issue.) At first I was able to pour directly into soap bottles and just spill a little. The most recent time I tried to refill, the soap came out in giant jelly-like globs. Sometimes it was so thick I could pick up globs to toss back into the bottle. Even when I used a funnel, the funnel would take minutes to drain and even required an occasional poke or shake.I'm not sure if we should have shaken this bottle more at the beginning or if it just got denser over time. (I bought this less than 11 months ago, so it was within the 12 month "expiration" on the bottle.)The soap also clogged some of the narrower soap dispenser pumps, but it was fine with others.Love the scent, suds it creates, and way it leaves my hands feeling. Why it isn't 5 stars, is because of the thickness and pour spout. It is a wide mouth opening, so if you have a narrow soap dispenser you will pour soap all over it and will waste a decent amount of it. If your dispenser has a wide mouth opening (where you pour soap in) then this is a great product.I have eczema which flares up more during the winter months and this has been gentle enough for my skin. My only issue is that when I refill pump bottles, the gel like consistency makes it difficult to get the gel into the pump bottle. I would imagine it might even get stuck in a funnel if I tried to do it that way. But I try to pour a little higher up so that the stream is thinner and the soap makes it into the pump bottle.Quality is not good as what I bought beforeWe run an office that serves people with scent sensitivities, and this soap is completely odorless. It does a great job and is neither too thin or too thick. It dispenses great from our on the wall dispenser and doesn't drip. I don't see any reason to get anything else!The soap smells very nice and it works well, but it was a bit gloppy. I appreciate products that don’t test on animals though so I will continue to purchase animal friendly products such as these.This was all I could find many months ago. I wanted a Soft & Smooth re-fill. Anyway, it does clean well. The scent could be better/different but there was no choice at that time with the Covid thing going on. I do like the gallon size and this is why I ordered it as I live kinda in the middle of nowhere and supplies are limited or non-existent. The liquid is very thick and slow moving like syrup so you have to be very careful when refilling small containers especially if you cannot see inside them - I could but watch out!
