I bought these to use for running sprints as part of my workout regimen. I don't compete anymore. They are nice and light weight. I wear Saucony running sneakers in a 9.5. I have very wide feet. I ordered a 10.5 and an 11. The 11s were too big (returned them) and the 10.5s just fit comfortably. After running in them, the 10.5 are the slightest bit loose in the heel, which I easily remedy with a thicker pair of socks (I don't like running bare foot in my spikes anyway). I probably could have made do with a 10, but it may have been too snug in the toe box. The name listed does not match the actual shoe. The shoe is supposed to be purple and pink, but it's a magenta purple and red. They're not the best looking shoe but they function as intended. The spikes come in a separate baggie with a spike key.
